Michelle Obama is on the board of directors of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, founded in 1922 as the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations. And yet here is Obama in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, telling people he is clueless about the elite organization. "I don't know if I'm an official member. I've spoken there before. It basically is a forum where people talk about foreign policy. There is no official membership. I don't have a card, or you know a special handshake or anything like that," Raw Story reports.
